The ARPT Revenues and Benefits team can assist you to review your own Revenues and Benefits service. We offer our experience of change management and Business process re engineering to assist you to manage your own change processes, whilst seeking real improvements to your service. We work with you to solve problems and to seek solutions, but do not seek to impose processes upon you. We understand the individual nature of each service and whilst using our experience to support process change we work with you to find the best solutions for your own circumstances. We offer mentoring services from experienced practitioners and senior managers to support new employees or to mentor existing staff through improvement programmes.
