 ATLAS goes live The successful implementation of the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) ATLAS project will enable the automatic transfer of claim information for a range of DWP benefits and HMRC Tax Credits direct to our systems. Information will be transferred where there is a new award or a change of award when the customer is also in receipt of Housing Benefit/Council Tax Benefit (HB/CTB). Receiving information automatically will significantly reduce HB/CTB overpayments and underpayments, and reduce the amount of time staff spend looking for this information.
