Our dedicated and highly experienced team specialise in Housing and Council Tax Benefit Appeals and will deal with your appeals from start to finish including writing submissions and attending any tribunal hearings on your behalf.
Our service offers you the opportunity to have a specialised officer to manage your Appeals. This service will ease the pressure this type of work places on Team Leaders and Managers.
This service provides you with:
- a guarantee that all appeals will be dealt with within 4 weeks of receipt of the appeal, providing they are received by ARPT within one week of receipt by the owning authority.
- a comprehensive monthly summary of the Appeals being managed including time spent and expenses incurred
- claimants will be able to contact us directly for progress on their appeal if you wish
- All paperwork including any correspondence and appeal submissions will be returned to you on successful completion.
- We can offer either a full service for the management of all your appeals or you are welcome to use our service on an ad hoc basis at busy times or when your own staff are unavailable.
